Thanks. The title tells to us that this book will be based on Lord Shiva’s origin. And that’s definitely a subject of significance
- What do you hope your readers take away from this book?
Shiva Origins- The Son of Ganga is written with the aim to deliver an adventure that will excite you, amaze you and make you rethink about our great Indian legacy that our ancestors left behind for us. I hope after reading this book, the readers will appreciate the great teachings of our ancient Indian civilisation and do more research on the topics covered in the book.
- Who is your favourite author and why?
Dan Brown for his writing style.
- What was the first thought which came to your mind that actually persuaded you to write your own book?
The deep interest to share my knowledge about Yoga and Indian Mythology in an engaging way to our Indian readers is the main thought idea that persuaded me to write this book.
- How do you pick the subject and characters of your story and what is your writing process?
The subject should be something that I am familiar with. The characters will be decided after the plot lines have been finalised.
- What kind of books did you grow up reading? What genre do you prefer to read?
I grew reading a lot of short stories when I was small. I prefer to read mythology and historical fiction.
- What did you learn while writing this book?
I leaned many things while writing this book. If you ask me the single most important thing that I have learned, then it would be about the publishing process of a book. I understood how difficult it is to publish a book traditionally in India.
- What were the difficulties you faced while writing this book?
Mainly time constrains and creative blocks when I was having a hectic working schedule.
- Which is the one thing that writing changed in you?
It thought me the importance of being patient and not rushing into something.

One needs to try to read a lot and learn different writing styles and techniques. It’s a very important process to become a better writer.
